I’ve been dying to check out Jane Do in Edgewater, NJ for a while now and I’m so psyched I did! Owners Jacey + Danielle (former Radio City Rockettes) have 3 locations in North Jersey – Edgewater, Hoboken, + Jersey City. The boss babes created a stress free studio where you can just let loose and workout.
As dancers, Jacey + Danielle rotated running, barre classes, strength training, and dance lessons into their everyday routine. They came up with a workout to combine all these workouts into one! And Jane Do was born! Their goal was to create a workout based on the belief that it is possible to have the strength of an athlete with the body of a dancer!
Jane Do focuses on private training, small/large group training and signature classes. All of their signature classes are so fun and are challenging. What is a better combo than that? See class deets below:
All classes are a 1 hour, mixed-level, TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.
TRAIN JANE: This TOTAL BODY WORKOUT fuses artistry and athleticism to lift your booty and your spirit. Strength training is coupled with high and low impact cardio elements to foster the most powerful version of yourself.
DANCE YOUR A** OFF: Dance you’re a** off, literally! Our DANCE CARDIO class rotates high and low impact sport and dance routines. Lose yourself to dance as you burn calories, increase your metabolism and have fun doing it.
FLOOR PLAY: You won’t get off easy without putting in the work. This total body SCULPTING class is high energy and low impact. Resistance training is coupled with body weight exercises to create the perfect companion to our Dance Your A$$ Off & Tramp Stamp classes.
TRAMP STAMP: Bounce yourself into shape with our TRAMPOLINE class. This low impact workout will firm and tone your entire body as you increase energy, circulation and vitality. Space is limited, pre-registration is recommended.
STEP IT UP: Our CARDIO STEP class is designed to lift your ass and your spirit by combining low and high impact routines with strength and conditioning. Step up to the challenge and get the results you deserve.

Don’t worry! You do NOT need any dance experience to take these classes! All you need is the drive to workout and have fun! The hardest part of a workout if actually showing up to it! Once you are there – it’s more like having fun dancing with your girlfriends.
I took the signature class, Train Jane, and it was definitely a full body workout! Jacey taught the class and she was so encouraging and motivating not to mention hilarious. I was literally laughing + smiling the whole time. Jacey makes the hour feel like 15 minutes because she is so entertaining. It was a mix of cardio and weights making it the ultimate total body workout.
Jane Do offers a bunch of different options such as a drop in class for $25, 5 for $120, 10 for $230, 20 for $440, or an all access membership for $199!
